About Us
My name is Amber, and I started Routine Cleaning in July 2024, right after graduating from the University of Saskatchewan. I wanted to create something simple but meaningful: a cleaning and yard care service people could truly rely on. I saw a big gap in the market for businesses that show up on time, deliver excellent customer service, and take real accountability for their work.
To me, it's not just about cleaning or yard work. It's about giving people back their time, so you can spend more afternoons with your family (and your pets, I have four of my own!) and less time on chores that feel never-ending.
Whether it's a freshly mowed lawn, weed-free flowerbeds or a spotless kitchen, I take pride in making sure every detail is right.

No. We bring our own high-quality products and equipment. If you'd like us to use specific products, just let us know.
How long does a cleaning take?
A standard cleaning normally takes 4 to 5 hours. Deep cleans, move-outs and similar jobs take longer, depending on the size of your home.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. All our cleaners are vetted, background-checked and insured.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
Let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to fix it, at no extra charge.
How do I book?

Do you offer discounts for recurring cleaning?

What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule for free with more than 24 hours' notice before your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 to $100 cancellation fee applies.
